Isabella Maxwell Horwath Mustard, 91, of Fortine, Mont., and Kailua-Kona, died Dec. 23, 2012, at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Anaconda, Deer Lodge County, Mont., on June 4, 1921, she was a retired county clerk for the Lincoln County Fortine School District. She was also an aide for the Galen State Sanatorium, one of the first dispatchers for the Ant Flat Ranger Station in Trego, Mont., an original columnist with the Tobacco Valley News and a clerk with the Fortine Merchantile. She was a member and Grand Matron of the Rebeccas, Fortine Community Church and Red Hat Ladies Club.

Friends may call at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 26 for a celebration of life at the Kona Outdoor Circle at 76-6280 Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona. The family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by daughter, Laura (Dr. Frank Sayre) Mallery-Sayre of Kailua-Kona; one granddaughter; two grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews.
